We won’t tell you we can do something we know we can’t. We will not charge you for work we didn’t do. We want you, the customer to feel safe and taken care of every step of the way.
Our Vision
To most people the thought of an elevator seems scary and unattainable. At Okanagan Elevator we want people to feel safe and trust the equipment that we install to be safe and reliable. We want those who need help getting around to have that luxury, and we want to make sure that that luxury is accessible.
Our Values
Okanagan Elevator operates with honesty and integrity. We only install the best, most reliable equipment on the market. If we can’t stand behind our installations than what is the point? We want our customers to be proud of their installation and most of all we want to be proud of the service we provide.
How We Started
Elpro Elevators was started by Chris McClary and Dave Mills with the philosophy that any job worth doing is worth doing right. They cut their chops over the years to become an industry leader in the over-saturated Alberta elevator industry. They have become known for their impressive installations, reliable equipment and reasonable prices.
Mitch Burns started in the elevator industry in 2006. Over the years working at the local Savaria dealer in Calgary, he built a reputation as somebody who always got the job done, as quoted as promised. Mitch’s phone was always on, whether it was a customer needing help, a competitor needing advice or an inspector needing clarity. Mitch spent his weekends escaping city life until deciding with his wife to escape for one last time with to the Okanagan.
Recognizing the need for impressive yet affordable elevator and lift installations in the Okanagan Mitch and Elpro decided to partner in the creation of Okanagan Elevator.
