A couple of months ago I was having trouble with my residential elevator. I phoned several elevator companies within 150 Km. if they could come out to check the problem. Finally one said they could do it and would be here in one month to check out the problem. Then 5 minutes later they called and said they no longer service these elevators as they don’t have qualified technicians for Nu Tech elevators. Then I found another company and was told yes and would get back to me in a couple of minutes. They never called back. Checking further I found Okanagan Elevator Inc. in Kelowna. Here I spoke to Mitch and explained the problem and that I am 2 hours away in Osoyoos. He said no problem and that he would be here the next day. He arrived here the next day almost to the minute like he said. He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the parts and be back as soon as they arrive. He was back in 7 days ,installed the parts and the elevator worked great. and has been since then. I would definitely recommend Mitch at Okanagan Elevator Inc. He treated me and spoke to me with respect and explained things to me. Thank you Mitch.

Mitch and his company Okanagan Elevator are the very best. He was always quick to respond. He had a big challenge in figuring out how he might install a stair chair on my exterior stairs. He pushed until he had it resolved. He was prompt in replying and getting the installation done even when materials were delayed. He and his assistant were the BEST…so polite and so helpful . The chair is wonderful. I can carry heavy things up and down my stairs via the chair. I love it. My dog on the other hand thinks it is a bit weird. I highly recommend Mitch and Okanagan Elevator!!
