There are many sources of financing and funding to help you with home or commercial elevator projects, including tax rebates. For example, BC Housing’s RAHA program offers up to $20,000 rebates on accessibility lifts as part of accessible home renovations for qualifying individuals.

The British Columbia Elevating Devices Safety Regulation mandates that all commercial elevators and accessibility lifts must have maintenance completed at intervals that do not exceed 3 months. With additional requirements for category testing annually as well as 3 year and 5 year intervals. Okanagan Elevator can help you plan a schedule for these regulatory requirements.

We will work around door frames so you may not need additional finishing, drywall or masonry work. On smaller projects your life will only be impacted as little as a few weeks.
